LA CROSSE, Wis. (WXOW) - With the pandemic and great resignation, it's safe to say finding and keeping quality people has become a challenge for businesses both large and small.
Unemployment rates in both Wisconsin and Minnesota remain low, both hovering around 3%, but “Help Wanted” signs are still everywhere. A local author and human resources expert said when it comes to competing, companies need to consider their culture more than anything.
Rob Van Craenenbroeck recently released The Culture Factor, a book sharing his experience about how looking internally first can help attract and retain quality employees for the long-term.
